• A deposit of $100 is required to secure booking.

• Deposits will be refunded in full if 3 weeks notice is given prior to check in. Balance of payment must be made 2 weeks prior to arrival date.

• Photocopy of current drivers license is required to be sent with booking form.

• A replacement charge will apply for any keys or key cards lost.

• Check in and check out times must be adhered to unless prior arrangements have been made or extra rates will apply.

• Local water restrictions must be adhered to.

• Landlords reserve the right to evict tenants if the following rules are not adhered to or booking has been made under false circumstances.

1. Strictly no parties
2. No loud noise or music after 10pm.
3. No people other than mentioned on booking to stay.
4. No anti social behaviour.
5. No smoking inside.
6. No animals.
